A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and confirmation from QurikVoy.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 2 days prior to departure. Failure to clear the balance may result in cancellation of the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.
Hotels, rooms and transportation are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, QurikVoy may provide similar-category alternatives while maintaining the travel plan as reasonably as possible.
The itinerary may be modified due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond QurikVoy's reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated to travelers wherever reasonably possible.
QurikVoy shall not be responsible for delays, route changes, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from adverse weather, road closures, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Adventure activities are optional and subject to availability, weather, and activity-provider conditions. Travelers participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by the respective activity operator.
Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, additional meals, shopping, tips, personal transportation, medical expenses, and other non-included services are not covered unless specifically mentioned in the package.
Every traveler must carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar/Passport, as required for hotel check-in, travel, or verification purposes.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, documents, valuables, and luggage throughout the journey. QurikVoy shall not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from the traveler's negligence.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or voluntary early departure from the trip.
Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers. Unless specifically included in the package, medical, personal accident, baggage, and trip-cancellation insurance will be the traveler's responsibility.
Travelers are expected to maintain appropriate conduct and follow the instructions and scheduled timings provided by the trip coordinator. QurikVoy reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, disruption of the group, or violation of applicable laws.
By making a booking or participating in the trip, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
